Alexis Mosca

Dr Alexis MOSCA is a pediatrician in the Department of Pediatric Digestive Diseases at the Robert Debré University Hospital in Paris (France) where he treats children with chronic digestive diseases. His field of expertise is in pediatric digestive endoscopy and functional digestive exploration.

Since 2015, he has been developing fecal microbiota transplantation in children and is treasurer of the French Fecal Transplantation Group (GFTF). He is also a member of the INSERM UMR1149 "Intestinal Inflammation" team and of the University of Paris Diderot - Faculté Xavier Bichat, where his research focuses on the intestinal microbiota: its evolution, its functions and its role in the development of chronic diseases during early life.

He is also developing new approaches to modulating the intestinal microbiota.
